Ninety is invite-only. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee a spot or a date. We let people in from the front of the line, in small groups.
Price and payment
The full 90 days is a one-time payment, not a subscription. The founding price is shown at checkout. Part of Ninety is free before you pay.
No guarantee, no refunds
All sales are final and we don't offer refunds. Ninety helps you find, test and run a launch, but results depend on your audience, your offer and your work. We don't promise any amount of sales or income. Figures on our site from other creators are their reported results, not results from Ninety.
Your content
What you create and bring into Ninety stays yours. You're responsible for having the right to use the content you bring in and publish, and for what you sell through pages you publish.
AI drafts
Ninety and the Director produce drafts with AI. Check them before you publish or send anything.
Fair use
Don't use Ninety for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful. We can close accounts that do.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
